A farmer was going towards the town with his wife on a tractor.
The wife of the farmer was talking continuously and yelling occasionally.
After some time a vehicle of a traffic officer approached the tractor and he signalled to stop the tractor.
After stopping the tractor, the traffic officer asked the driver of the tractor, “your wife fell on the road a mile back, still you did not consider stopping the tractor, Why?”
The farmer replied, “Oh! I just thought I became deaf”
